Digital Commerce Senior Manager is a data-driven leader responsible for the financial and operational growth of the brand’s e-commerce channels. This role combines strong analytical expertise with business ownership, bridging commercial planning, digital operations, and technical teams. The ideal candidate is capable of interpreting both digital performance data and product-level KPIs, partnering with buying and planning teams to drive decisions that elevate online business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Strategy
- Own e-commerce business performance with delivering seasonal sales/promotion planning & forecast along with cross-functional alignment.
- Communicate with Finance team to accelerate online business based on investment efficiency.
- Analyze sales trends not only site performance but also by product/category to drive commercial insights
- Partner with buying and planning teams to translate buy plans into digital channel strategy
- Monitor relevant variables to identify sales growth opportunities
Digital Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage GA4 and other tools to monitor digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, etc.) based on deeper understanding of end-to-end communication and main site operations.
- Integrate buy plan into sales plan with monitoring sell-through and core product sales plan.
- Identify underperforming categories/products and propose digital levers (e.g., PDP update, promotions)
- Lead performance review cycles and communicate key learnings across functions
Platform & Technical Collaboration
- Liaise with Digital COE including global partners and platform teams to scope and implement site enhancements based on annual budget planning
- Translate business needs with clear objectives and ROI assumptions
Team Management and Cross-functional Execution
- Lead and Manage Sales & promotion planning team (1 manager, 1 assistant manager, 1 associate).
- Align cross functionally with Buying, Allocation, Marketing, Retail Filed team and Digital COE to ensure successful product launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with inside/outside stakeholders to run online business (e.g. Vendor, warehouse, IT, Customer Service)
- Lead execution of focus product initiatives across own site and 3rd party marketplaces
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or relevant planning roles
- Experience +3 years of people management
- Strong analytical mindset: fluent in both GA4/digital KPIs and commercial metrics like sell-through, margin, and buy plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions including Buying, Marketing and Digital COE
- Communicating with non-digital stakeholders
- High-Mid in English; able to present complex data-driven narratives to stakeholders
- Experience in apparel or fashion retail is strongly preferred
- 3rd party mall experience will be considered as plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of sales forecast vs actual performance
- Sell-through and gross margin performance on e-commerce
- CVR uplift and bounce rate improvement from optimization initiatives
- Effectiveness of digital promotion and product focus strategie
